a friend of mine is in the same position as i was a year ago. she's at the point in life where she needs to decide what'll she do in the next 10 years or so. at the point where she chooses the plot for the next chapter in her life book. it's not easy. especially in her case, with her spectacular qualifications, she has a plethora of paths to take.

for me, i didn't get what i iniatially sought after. quite an unexpected break knocked on the door and i accepted it (not really with open arms). they told me it's not going to be smooth sailing, and boy... are they right. there's a reason i'm here and i'm going to find it.

so all the best to you. you've a bright future ahead. just watch out for the potholes in the road, and nasty unscrupulous people.
